Possibly the Rolls Royce of angling kayaks. The Malibu Extreme has channels in its hull for improved rigidity & better tracking. The Extreme Fish and Dive is 15' long with a beam of 31" and this combination delivers good forward speed with stability. The Extreme is a low profile fast angling and touring kayak, a rare combination indeed. The best performance will be obtained by those who have done a bit of paddling.
The lower profile offers less windage and a slower drift compared to most kayaks but the ride can be wetter in the chop. If you have done a bit of paddling you may well have a pair of dry trousers or a drysuit. There are three seat styles to choose from and a live bait well can be fitted in the rear hatch.

By replacing the front hatch with Malibu's Gator Hatch you gain a child's seat and can add two more rod holders to the Gator hatch if desired. Fishing kayaks are great all round family kayaks as well - simply leave the rods at home and take the kids to the beach.
