Penobscot 174 (previously called the Allagash 174) is the best Old Town Canoe for family paddling. Triple skin construction with two seats as standard the Penobscot 174 represents good value for money. Best paddled on canals, lakes, sheltered water and slow moving rivers. Can be paddled solo, tandem or tandem with two youngsters. The extra length increases the load capacity and this canoe is ideal for recreational touring.
