Strictly speaking the Five-O-Five (named for its length of 5.05m) is a touring kayak - due to its comfort, great stability and the fact that it is easy to paddle. However, this kayak is capable of the sort of speeds and handling that you would expect from a top level sea kayak. The Five-O-Five is manufactured with a single-skin construction. It features excellent straight line tracking and stability making it ideal for novice paddlers who want to experience the adventure of sea kayaking. The Five-O-Five will allow beginners to develop their paddling ability up to the levels of intermediate and even advanced sea kayaking, without compromising on performance - something that very few kayaks are able to offer.
