The Nemo is a very comfortable and stable kayak ideally suited to beginner and intermediate paddlers looking for an easy going yet fast touring kayak. The Nemo is a little longer than most of the other canoes in the Easy Paddling Range. Having a longer hull increase the ease of travelling at pace which makes the Nemo an excellent boat for the those extended trips.
The Nemo is fitted with a rear compartment accessed though a large oval shaped hatch. Easily adjusted footrests and front and rear deck bungees. The Point 65 Nemo also comes with a fully adjustable rudder.

My last boat was the Necky Eliza. The Eliza is superb but is more capable on the water than I am. These days my kind of kayaking is flat-water recreational paddling.
I am now paddling a Point 65 Nemo and for me it’s just about perfect. The thing I like most about the Nemo is that it is so easy to paddle. It moves through the water with less effort than anything I have previously paddled and I am not playing catch up all the time. I can also car top it on my own. I drive a Peugeot 206 where the roof rack is not too high. I can fit the rudder in 10 seconds without shouting “man” and take it off again just as quickly. One thing I did was double bolt the backrest so it is always in the correct position. I use the rudder some times if it is breezy, but most times it is not necessary. Paddling the sheltered rivers and estuaries in Cornwall and Bantry Bay and the canals and lakes in England is now what I want to do. The Nemo is the boat for me.
